UFFU Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UFFU ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the UFFU website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, "UFFU Services") when purchasing luxury perfumes, glasses, and watches.

By accessing or using our UFFU Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. If you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features of our UFFU Services, you may be required to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your UFFU account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your UFFU account. We reserve the right to terminate your account or suspend your access to all or part of the UFFU Services if we suspect unauthorized access.

We strive to provide the most accurate and complete information about our luxury perfumes, jewelry, and watches. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content in our UFFU Services are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All luxury products displayed in our UFFU Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale or modify the offered products at any time without notice and to limit the quantity of any items. UFFU guarantees 100% authenticity of all luxury products sold through our Services.

Your order of luxury goods at UFFU constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or product information.

All luxury product prices are displayed in the currency you selected on the UFFU website and are subject to change without notice. UFFU accepts various payment methods listed during the payment process. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your order to your chosen payment method.

Luxury goods shipping methods, options, and fees are specified during the payment process at UFFU. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. UFFU is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title to purchased items pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

UFFU offers returns and exchanges of luxury goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. To be eligible for return, the goods must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging. Some items, including personalized products and opened fragrances, cannot be returned.

Refunds for returned luxury goods will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes may not be refundable depending on the circumstances of the return.

The UFFU Services and all of their content, features, and functionality (including, but not limited to, all information, software, text, images, UFFU logos, button icons and their design, selection and arrangement) are the property of UFFU, its licensors or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are permitted to use the UFFU Services solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes related to the purchase of luxury goods. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from our UFFU Services, except as follows:

Our UFFU Services may allow you to post, submit, publish, display or transmit content, such as luxury product reviews, ratings, comments and feedback (collectively, "User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and display such User Content throughout the world in any media related to the promotion of UFFU.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your User Content on UFFU and have the right to grant the license above. You further represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate these Terms, does not infringe any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not use the UFFU Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, restricts other users, or may harm UFFU.

Prohibited activities include impersonating UFFU or other persons, engaging in the sale of counterfeit goods, circumventing security measures, or interfering with the proper functioning of the UFFU Services.

The UFFU Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind. Neither UFFU nor any person associated with UFFU makes any warranty regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality or availability of the UFFU Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Czech law, in no event will UFFU be liable for damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the UFFU Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UFFU, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these UFFU Terms or your use of the UFFU Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the content, services and luxury products of the UFFU Service other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the UFFU Services.

This indemnification obligation applies to all claims and damages regardless of their legal basis and remains in effect even after termination of your use of the UFFU Services. In the event of any dispute, you will cooperate with UFFU in its defense.

These Terms will remain in full force and effect so long as you use the UFFU Services. We may terminate or suspend your UFFU account and/or access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated these UFFU Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the UFFU Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the UFFU Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These UFFU Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these UFFU Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of the Czech Republic. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these UFFU Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our UFFU Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the UFFU Services.
