Returns
We understand that luxury goods must fit perfectly. That's why you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
How to Proceed
Inform Us
Write to us at info@uffu.cz with a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract. Include the order number, date of purchase, and contact details.
Prepare the Goods
Pack the goods carefully in the original packaging. Ensure it includes all accessories, certificates of authenticity, and documentation.
Send the Shipment
Send the package by registered mail to our address. Goods must be sent no later than 14 days from notification.

Refund
After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the payment to your account within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

- ✓ Undamaged cellophane and labels
- ✕ Opened perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
Watches
- ✓ Functional mechanism
- ✓ Unworn, no scratches
- ✓ Including box and documentation
Jewelry
- ✓ Undamaged stones and metals
- ✓ Original packaging and certificates
- ✕ No signs of wear
Exceptions
Cannot be returned: Special custom-made products, goods with damaged original packaging, or goods showing signs of use.
